THE GROUP RESTAURANTS

Growing restaurant collective, The Group, based out of New York's storied West Village, currently consists of long-standing Olio e Pui, Dominique Bistro and the new Akashi. Each restaurant has it's own distinct character with a shared spirit of culinary excellence, a mix of traditional and modern sensibilities and welcoming neighborly atmospheres. As copywriter and creative consultant, I have driven the branding for new-comer, Akashi, an omakase kappo japanese restaurant, while currently planning for the rebranding of the existing restaurants, and new dining concepts to open in 2017.
